Overview

  • Serve as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator focusing on lateral partner recruiting across multiple offices in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to support firm-wide hiring initiatives and recruitment strategies.
  • Interface with partners and professional staff, ensuring seamless communication and recruitment processes.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms such as ViGlobal/ViRecruit and Workday to manage hiring workflows.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm's recruitment operations through effective coordination and communication.
  • Work in a dynamic hybrid environment requiring three days on-site weekly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate lateral partner recruiting efforts across multiple office locations, ensuring alignment with firm-wide hiring strategies.
  • Maintain recruitment workflows using ViGlobal/ViRecruit and Workday systems for efficient candidate tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to support recruitment initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Interface with partners and attorneys, providing polished and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and on-site meetings.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and documentation to support hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures during all recruitment activities.
  • Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as ViGlobal/ViRecruit and Workday is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with partners and attorneys.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment workflows efficiently.
  • Polished and professional demeanor suitable for a front-facing role.
