Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate lateral partner recruiting efforts across multiple office locations, ensuring alignment with firm-wide hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruitment workflows using ViGlobal/ViRecruit and Workday systems for efficient candidate tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to support recruitment initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Interface with partners and attorneys, providing polished and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and on-site meetings.
- Prepare recruitment reports and documentation to support hiring decisions and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures during all recruitment activities.
- Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as ViGlobal/ViRecruit and Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with partners and attorneys.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
