Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Talent Management department in recruiting and onboarding initiatives for lateral partner positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and event logistics across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports on firms and prospective candidates to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and search firms regarding candidate status and feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Collaborate with partners and recruiting teams on private dinner events for lateral partners.
  • Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including evenings and weekends, for time-sensitive requests.
  • Travel as needed for programs, activities, and initiatives related to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules and manage candidate experiences throughout the recruitment pipeline.
  • Lead logistics for firmwide events, including planning, budgeting, and communication.
  • Prepare detailed market intelligence reports to support recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders and search firms for candidate updates and feedback.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate on recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
