Job Description

Overview

  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless program operations and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain schedules, deadlines, and program efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to program participants and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, manage, and organize documentation and reports for program activities.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and initiatives to support program goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in program execution.
  • Support payroll services, including timesheet approvals and processing.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with program staff and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate program activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Manage program documentation, including reports, correspondence, and records.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing program-related meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to program staff and management teams.
  • Monitor program progress, reporting updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for program participants.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Support adherence to organizational policies and procedures in program operations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications enhance qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or program support roles.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience for enhanced expertise and proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Experience in payroll services and timesheet management is advantageous.
