Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage fund transactions and oversee monthly and quarterly financial closings.
- Prepare and review regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate payments and funding activities with the Treasury department.
- Analyze fund cash balances to optimize investment and expense strategies.
- Support audit processes by collaborating with external auditors and reviewing financial statements.
- Manage fund capital calls, distributions, and reconcile cash balances effectively.
- Document procedures and contribute to the development of robust internal controls.
- Utilize advanced software tools to enhance reporting and operational accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or a mix of public/private sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Geneva, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex tasks.
