Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Active RN license in a compact state; Maine eligibility preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years acute care experience; 7 years preferred.
- At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements.
