Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and distribute investment documentation and communications to stakeholders efficiently.
- Reconcile investment statements and ensure accurate archiving and reporting.
- Support the investment team with calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Track updates related to investments, including amendments and elections.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality agreements and security protocols.
- Provide operational support for ad-hoc investment initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve operational excellence and goals.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for investment managers seamlessly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in finance or business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in all operations.
- Experience in finance and investment operations is preferred for this role.
