Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and distribute investment documentation and communications to stakeholders efficiently.
  • Reconcile investment statements and ensure accurate archiving and reporting.
  • Support the investment team with calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Track updates related to investments, including amendments and elections.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality agreements and security protocols.
  • Provide operational support for ad-hoc investment initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve operational excellence and goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for investment managers seamlessly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in finance or business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in all operations.
  • Experience in finance and investment operations is preferred for this role.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
