  • Handle subscription processes and onboarding for new investors and opportunities.
  • Support account lifecycle activities, including updates and redemption requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold service standards and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver outstanding advisor support by adhering to established standards and practices.
  • Address diverse client inquiries with precision and professionalism.
  • Manage subscription and onboarding processes for investors efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Publish necessary documentation, including K-1s, and manage account updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise for client opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in servicing and reporting processes.
  • Support business development efforts through informed client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment lifecycle processes is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective independent work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience in subscription, capital calls, and reporting processes is preferred.
