Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field preferred.
- Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience required, with proven expertise in incident prevention.
- In-depth knowledge of Fall Protection and Construction Safety Orders essential.
- Proficiency in OSHA, FAA, and other state and federal safety regulations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and teach in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Capability to work at heights and confined spaces in construction settings.
