Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to global financial operations as an International Accountant, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize your expertise in accounting principles and tax compliance to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the preparation of management reporting packages and performance analysis.
  • Engage in the development and implementation of improved accounting policies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with international accounting practices and firm standards.
  • Oversee month-end close processes and perform timely reconciliations between systems.
  • Support tax compliance efforts, including documentation and inter-company agreements.
  • Assist in acquiring and preparing data for FP&A performance analysis.
  • Drive improvements in accounting processes and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with international accountants and tax groups to address financial challenges.
  • Provide exceptional service by maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding expectations.
  • Travel internationally as required to support global operations and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience; multinational corporate experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Aderant.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international colleagues in Europe or Asia is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and exceptional computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in legal or service industries is highly preferred.
