Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee preconstruction and estimating activities to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to enhance project execution.
  • Utilize Procore and PlanSwift software for efficient project management and estimation.
  • Contribute to expanding into ground-up construction projects and diversify company portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all projects.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams to foster professional growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating and subcontractor selection.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Implement project management software tools for efficient workflow and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements on all sites.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics.
  • Support business development efforts by leveraging industry contacts and expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Procore and PlanSwift software for project management and estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction and ground-up projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
