Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address challenges and risks.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to the leadership team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for 10 years.
• Proficiency in IDIQ, hard bid, and JOC contracting methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards.
