Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of estate, trust, and gift tax clients with precision.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Job Requirements

  • Master's in taxation, MPA, or BS in Accounting required for this role.
  • CPA certification preferred, showcasing advanced professional qualifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, specializing in estate, trust, and gift tax.
  • Proven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting across various client types.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage teams and build client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for delivering client service excellence.
  • Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software is advantageous.
