Overview

  • Provide essential support to healthcare operations remotely, ensuring seamless patient interactions and administrative efficiency.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing patient needs effectively.
  • Perform accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and data entry tasks to maintain operational integrity.
  • Track member consents and conduct outreach to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage medical records, process care plans, and distribute educational materials to support patient care.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules and responsibilities, showcasing flexibility and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to incoming calls in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet daily performance targets and uphold quality standards set by management.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional data entry accuracy and customer service capabilities required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and empathize with patients effectively.
