Job Description

Overview

  • Optimize and maintain the Workday HCM platform, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and support business processes.
  • Serve as the primary expert for Workday-related inquiries and provide advanced technical support.
  • Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday platform through regular audits and updates.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for consistent operational support.
  • Stay updated on Workday features and leverage them to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Support integration projects and data migrations to ensure seamless transitions and functionality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and ensure optimal system performance, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Customize workflows and processes within Workday to meet organizational needs and improve efficiency.
  • Test and deploy Workday updates, ensuring compatibility and minimal operational impact.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy and reliability across the platform.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Provide advanced support to users, resolving technical issues and enhancing module functionality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Workday HCM systems.
  • Workday Certification preferred, particularly in HCM or related modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, integrations, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data management and system configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and support users effectively.
  • Experience with system updates, enhancements, and managing cross-functional projects.
