Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and track HR and project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Analyze project data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present professional reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and manage scheduling needs effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination or HR operations, with 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and project management software.
  • Preferred certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
