Overview
- Serve as a Project Manager on a contract basis, supporting executive leadership during maternity leave coverage.
- Collaborate with the President and Executive Assistant to drive strategic initiatives and organizational workflows.
- Plan and execute cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities using advanced project management tools.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and planning efforts.
- Draft internal communications, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and effective communication across teams and external stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and track progress toward strategic objectives.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries for executive sessions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor cross-departmental projects using tools like Asana or Notion.
- Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain clear communication channels across teams.
- Draft internal communications, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, and special events as required.
- Support process improvement and documentation initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support roles.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly resourceful, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, such as startups or hospitality, is advantageous.
