Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the Guidelines Department, supporting physician committees and departmental initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for departmental inquiries and communications.
  • Manage clinical consensus statement panels and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Support licensing initiatives and guideline endorsement programs under departmental leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics and material preparation for meetings and committee administration.
  • Monitor the Guidelines inbox and voicemail, responding to inquiries and ensuring resolution.
  • Undertake writing assignments, including minutes and presentations for guideline dissemination.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote departmental initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the development of clinical consensus statements under Senior Manager guidance.
  • Coordinate the update literature review program for clinical practice guidelines.
  • Prepare materials and logistics for departmental, panel, and committee meetings.
  • Record minutes and develop presentations for guideline dissemination.
  • Review licensed content and support endorsement programs.
  • Coordinate participation in external guideline development projects.
  • Respond to inquiries received through the Guidelines inbox and voicemail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the promotion of guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with project management preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry or healthcare/science research preferred.
  • Experience working with physicians and multi-stakeholder committees preferred.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently after onboarding and training.
  • Minimal travel required; occasional weekend work and evening calls may be necessary.
