Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage the billing function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client invoicing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless billing operations during transitional periods.
- Supervise and provide guidance to one direct report within the billing department.
- Utilize NetSuite and other relevant systems to manage billing processes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in billing practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on billing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar billing management systems is ideal.
- Experience in media or advertising billing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage billing functions effectively.
