Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of OR and PACU units, optimizing resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Lead staff development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality and outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in perioperative nursing services.
- Active Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols, compliance standards, and healthcare quality improvement.
- Proficiency in change management and business process optimization.
- Experience with Magnet certification processes and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is desirable.
