Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance care delivery.
• Manage hospital administrative functions, including financial and resource planning.
• Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and recovery plans are up-to-date.
• Promote collaboration among team members to meet organizational objectives.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics tied to strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Cath Lab experience essential, with familiarity in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Preferred certifications include Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certification.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
