Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery.
- Four years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Cath Lab experience essential, with familiarity in cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Preferred certifications include Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certification.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
