Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of high-volume invoices.
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoice management and customer account accuracy.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Utilize accounting software and advanced Excel functions for efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Support the controller in financial reporting and analysis tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
