Job Description

Overview

  • Support investment operations by managing transaction pipelines across diverse asset classes, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain shared consciousness and track updates on deal progress.
  • Organize and manage legal closing packages and transaction allocation decisions for efficient dissemination.
  • Utilize proprietary technology platforms to centralize data and streamline operational workflows.
  • Enhance transaction execution processes across private market asset classes and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financing facilities and hedging programs.
  • Support allocation policies and capital markets tools through innovative technology solutions.
  • Follow the full lifecycle of investment products, from capital tracking to funding logistics.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Attend transaction pipeline meetings and proactively update assigned transaction statuses.
  • Track communication flows and maintain live updates in proprietary systems.
  • Organize and upload final legal closing packages for stakeholder dissemination.
  • Centralize sourcing, management, and implementation of capital markets tools and relationships.
  • Facilitate transaction structuring, financing facilities, and hedging program implementation.
  • Manage transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability for closures.
  • Enhance technology solutions supporting allocation policies and transaction execution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success across the platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, business, or related fields required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in investment operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in managing transaction pipelines and capital markets operations.
  • Experience with proprietary technology platforms and data centralization.
  • Excellent communication skills for precise and frequent stakeholder interactions.
