Job Description

Overview

  • Lead sales efforts in a designated territory, driving growth and building advisor relationships.
  • Promote ETF and mutual fund products through impactful presentations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, providing insights into market trends and advisor needs.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to engage with advisors and partners.
  • Support advisor education and engagement to enhance product understanding and adoption.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment focused on achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations to promote products.
  • Organize advisor events and training sessions to drive engagement and knowledge.
  • Execute strategic business plans tailored to territory-specific needs and opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize impact and alignment.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to track activity, pipeline progress, and competitive trends.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to strengthen advisor relationships and drive sales.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating academic preparation for the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or wholesaling; 10 years preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or 66) certifications required, depending on product line.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills essential for success.
  • Proven ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Experience with CRM systems for maintaining activity logs and pipeline updates.
  • Knowledge of ETF and mutual fund products and their market positioning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams.
