Overview
- Lead sales efforts in a designated territory, driving growth and building advisor relationships.
- Promote ETF and mutual fund products through impactful presentations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and execute territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain CRM records, providing insights into market trends and advisor needs.
- Travel extensively within the territory to engage with advisors and partners.
- Support advisor education and engagement to enhance product understanding and adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers.
- Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations to promote products.
- Organize advisor events and training sessions to drive engagement and knowledge.
- Execute strategic business plans tailored to territory-specific needs and opportunities.
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize impact and alignment.
- Maintain detailed CRM records to track activity, pipeline progress, and competitive trends.
- Travel extensively within the territory to strengthen advisor relationships and drive sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, demonstrating academic preparation for the role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or wholesaling; 10 years preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or 66) certifications required, depending on product line.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills essential for success.
- Proven ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Experience with CRM systems for maintaining activity logs and pipeline updates.
- Knowledge of ETF and mutual fund products and their market positioning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales and marketing teams.
