  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for a global workforce.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless payroll integration.
  • Manage payroll systems and tools to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings and audits.
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally.
  • Analyze payroll metrics to drive continuous process enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of payroll experience, preferably in fintech or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of US payroll regulations; experience with Indian payroll is a plus.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and ability to implement new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Certification such as CPP is preferred.
