Job Description

Overview

  • Support HRIS operations by managing employee data, ensuring system accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration for new hires.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on HRIS functionalities.
  • Contribute to compliance tracking and reporting for labor regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and process employment data, including salary adjustments and eligibility forms.
  • Work in an on-site environment, ensuring effective collaboration and system management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process and maintain employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT to manage system security and user privileges effectively.
  • Assist in scanning, uploading, and indexing confidential documents for payroll processing.
  • Support HR-payroll processes, resolving operational issues and assisting in compliance tracking.
  • Provide onboarding communication and support using automated systems.
  • Identify and address compliance issues related to labor regulations.
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate data collection and submission processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance system functionalities and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or related field; 3 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to manage HRIS functionalities effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is highly desirable.
