Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for two managing partners.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and ensuring timely responses.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor relationships and supply management.
- Liaise with building management for maintenance, security, and compliance needs.
- Handle select personal tasks for managing partners, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with expense reporting and light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Preferred experience in financial services or similar high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
