Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Proven expertise in clean room construction and office interior projects.
• Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards applicable to construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
