Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee interior tenant improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project documentation and workflows using Procore and Outbuild software.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project requirements and challenges.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior tenant improvement projects.
• Proficiency in Procore and/or Outbuild software is essential.
• Strong reliability and work ethic validated through references.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage project workflows.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams.
