Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably 5 years.
• Proven experience in healthcare and life sciences tenant improvement projects.
• Expertise in clean room construction and compliance standards.
• Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel nationally for project supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
