- Manage pharmacy budgets, inventory, and purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations.

- Monitor compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations across five acute care hospitals totaling over 400 beds.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to optimize pharmaceutical care delivery.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and USP standards.
- Manage pharmacy budgets, inventory, and purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and hospital policies.
- Implement and maintain clinical pharmacy services and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
- Minimum of three years of acute care pharmacy management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and strategic growth.
