Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification is mandatory.
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant healthcare experience; 2 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical case management and healthcare protocols.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
