Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and mentor analysts, ensuring quality and consistency across analytical materials and deliverables.
  • Prepare pitch presentations, CIMs, process letters, bid summaries, and term sheets with precision and creativity.
  • Negotiate NDAs and engagement letters, managing information requests and coordinating due diligence workflows.
  • Develop and review transaction models, including accretion/dilution, IRR, NPV, yield, and payback metrics.
  • Produce valuation models for clients and targets, incorporating public and private market data.
  • Analyze bids and deal structures to support strategic client decision-making processes.
  • Maintain transaction databases, public company statistics, and industry research for comprehensive analysis.
  • Track target lists and develop detailed company profiles to enhance outreach and positioning efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking or accounting; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced PowerPoint skills is essential.
  • Experience executing sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory processes is required.
  • Direct experience advising private market investment firms is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for guiding team members and presenting complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Ability to manage junior team members and drive client deliverables with precision and leadership.
