Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Create and deliver high-impact presentations for client pitches and investor communications.
• Prepare comprehensive transaction documentation, including CIMs, process letters, and bid analysis summaries.
• Coordinate and participate in management presentations and diligence meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation and strategic recommendations.

• Conduct in-depth industry and company research to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain and update databases of comparable transactions and industry benchmarks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred, in investment banking or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis techniques.
• Strong skills in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Understanding of M&A advisory processes and transaction structuring.
• Ability to manage due diligence workflows and coordinate deliverables effectively.
