Overview

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support within the pension department, ensuring recipient inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery within the department.
  • Participate in training and testing to ensure proficiency in role-specific tasks and responsibilities.

  • Adhere to strict punctuality and professionalism standards during all interactions and assessments.
  • Work on-site during the temporary phase, transitioning to telework eligibility upon permanent conversion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform detailed data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in digital banking, finance, and accounting processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with recipients and team members.
  • Ability to pass a role-specific test with a score of 80% or higher.
  • Adherence to strict punctuality and professionalism standards during all interactions.
