Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for operational and early-career roles.
• Source candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting for operational roles.
• Experience managing internal referral programs is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
