Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct 8-10 interviews daily to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the candidate journey from resume review to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with school leaders to ensure optimal educator placement.
- Utilize ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Maintain high attention to detail and organizational standards.
- Provide behavior-based assessments during interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
- Ensure compliance with vaccination requirements and organizational policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems for recruitment processes.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in behavior-based interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or booster within the last two years.
