Job Description

Overview

  • Support the hiring process for educators, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission.
  • Conduct interviews to identify top talent and facilitate their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on educational excellence.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team of recruiters and sourcers dedicated to impactful hiring.
  • Hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct 8-10 interviews daily to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the candidate journey from resume review to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to ensure optimal educator placement.
  • Utilize ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and organizational standards.
  • Provide behavior-based assessments during interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with vaccination requirements and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems for recruitment processes.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in behavior-based interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or booster within the last two years.
