Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee facilities operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Support maintenance and repair activities for optimal facility conditions.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repair activities.

  • Liaise with external vendors to secure services and manage contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the facility.

Job Requirements
