Overview
- Coordinate and manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and compliance with organizational standards.
- Engage with new hires to provide guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to onboarding activities and compliance requirements.
- Support background check processes and resolve any issues promptly to ensure timely onboarding.
- Provide administrative assistance for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Develop and manage tracking systems to monitor onboarding progress and compliance metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to address onboarding challenges and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct and review background checks, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Initiate and verify I-9 documentation for new hires, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track applicant progress and update systems to reflect onboarding status accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and meetings for candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all onboarding activities and compliance checks.
- Engage with new hires to address inquiries and provide a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and recruitment tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve background check issues and ensure timely completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition functions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with background check processes and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of onboarding procedures and HR principles.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams.
