Overview
- Contribute to strategic and operational objectives through insightful financial analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to monitor financial performance and inform decisions.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations showcasing key performance metrics.
- Support budgeting, benchmarking, and profitability initiatives through data analysis and collaboration.
- Maintain data integrity and validate Power BI dashboards for accurate communication.
- Partner with various departments to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in consolidating budget components and presenting them for leadership review.
- Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports highlighting trends and insights.
- Extract and analyze data from systems to fulfill requests from leadership and attorneys.
- Validate and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with teams on data validation, analysis, and audit support.
- Develop and refine SSRS reports and streamline reporting libraries.
- Support budgeting processes through data input, validation, and presentation.
- Provide KPI insights and data for annual business plans.
- Assist with benchmarking, surveys, and financial submissions.
- Collaborate on special projects and management presentations with senior leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with SSRS and Power BI preferred.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large, complex datasets effectively.
- Experience consolidating data into structured and visually compelling presentations.
- Familiarity with ERP/financial management systems like Elite 3E preferred.
- Background in a professional services or law firm environment strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
