Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with Fund Controllers to manage financial and investor reporting tasks effectively.
- Support tax management, investor relations, and legal teams in achieving organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze accounts for investment funds and related entities with precision.
- Oversee cash liquidity, wire transfers, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile performance measurement calculations and monitor investment activities.
- Develop periodic investor reports and questionnaires to maintain transparency.
- Implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with agreements and regulatory standards in all operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 8 years preferred, in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience with private equity or investment funds is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general ledger systems such as MRI is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are critical for effective performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of coding languages and AI tools is advantageous for enhancing reporting capabilities.
