Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to support strategic asset management decisions.
  • Provide operational guidance to property management and leasing teams to align with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and oversee capital projects and initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate trends and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on portfolio asset analyses for sell, refinance, or hold decisions.
  • Assist in underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Maintain organized documentation and files to streamline asset management operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or private equity preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Argus experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills essential for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar revenue management systems is a plus.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are critical attributes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in professional development sessions.
