Overview
- Analyze and monitor sales trends, gross margin, cost, and pricing to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and business partners to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis focused on sales, ASP, gross margin, and COGS.
- Assist in annual and quarterly budget and forecast planning for sales and financial metrics.
- Support SAP ERP implementation and company-wide planning processes using FP&A tools.
- Lead special projects and financial initiatives to improve business performance.
- Provide recommendations on customer margin impact and product mix implications.
- Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze and present monthly KPIs focused on COGS and gross margin variance.
- Prepare gross margin analysis, including sales price variance and product mix impact.
- Bridge intercompany price structures and local P&L for better financial understanding.
- Review key customer annual sales contracts and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles for business units and cost centers.
- Support company-wide planning processes using advanced financial tools.
- Lead and contribute to special financial projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business plan goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Experience with financial reporting and planning tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
