Job Description

Overview

  • Analyze and monitor sales trends, gross margin, cost, and pricing to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and business partners to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis focused on sales, ASP, gross margin, and COGS.
  • Assist in annual and quarterly budget and forecast planning for sales and financial metrics.
  • Support SAP ERP implementation and company-wide planning processes using FP&A tools.
  • Lead special projects and financial initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Provide recommendations on customer margin impact and product mix implications.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze and present monthly KPIs focused on COGS and gross margin variance.
  • Prepare gross margin analysis, including sales price variance and product mix impact.
  • Bridge intercompany price structures and local P&L for better financial understanding.
  • Review key customer annual sales contracts and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles for business units and cost centers.
  • Support company-wide planning processes using advanced financial tools.
  • Lead and contribute to special financial projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business plan goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Experience with financial reporting and planning tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
