Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct material takeoffs using Bluebeam software to support project planning.

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction estimating; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software for material takeoffs and project planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present estimates.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
