Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct material takeoffs using Bluebeam software to support project planning.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scopes and budgets.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain documentation of estimates and revisions for future reference and audits.
• Participate in bid meetings and presentations to communicate project estimates effectively.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and realistic cost projections.
• Support junior estimators and team members in their professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction estimating; 3 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software for material takeoffs and project planning.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present estimates.
