Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise construction projects, with a preference for 15 years.
- Proven leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Experience with ground-up high-rise projects of at least 12 stories.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
