Overview

  • Lead and oversee high-rise construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction methodologies and processes.
  • Engage in high-level planning and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between executive management and project teams to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess construction quality and adherence to plans.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise construction projects, with a preference for 15 years.
  • Proven leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Experience with ground-up high-rise projects of at least 12 stories.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of driving project success independently.
  • Ability to support business development efforts and contribute to organizational growth.
