Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain automated scripts and workflows adhering to security standards.
  • Monitor and optimize deployed RPA bots and workflows for continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Implement logging and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze business needs and strategize automation solutions.
  • Resolve complex automation issues across various software applications and platforms.
  • Document automation designs, configurations, and user guides for operational clarity.
  • Adhere to security policies and report discrepancies or suspicious activities promptly.
  • Engage in continuous skill development through training and certifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation or software development, with expertise in UiPath.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to translate requirements into automated solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy laws, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
  • UiPath certification or equivalent training in RPA is preferred.
  • Experience with integrating automated workflows with APIs and databases is advantageous.
