Overview

  • Support daily administrative operations in a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient workflow and communication within the team.
  • Perform essential office tasks, including data entry, calendar management, and document filing, contributing to organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to address inquiries, manage schedules, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, working closely with blue-collar workers and maintaining effective communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining organized records and documentation.
  • Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, with 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for document creation and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse team members.
  • Experience working in an office environment, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work onsite during standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
