Overview
- Serve as a Senior Accountant responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a dynamic work environment.
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including financial statement preparation and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct month-end billing and revenue reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, post, and monitor journal entries, maintaining up-to-date financial records.
- Maintain general ledgers in accordance with GAAP, coordinating ledger maintenance and report preparation.
- Assist in quarterly financial statement preparation and consolidation.
- Research and document unique accounting treatments in collaboration with management.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, addressing complex discrepancies.
- Develop spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries to standardize records.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements for management review.
- Support annual audits by compiling necessary schedules and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business solutions software.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
