Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and organize executive emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

- Manage project-related documentation, including invoices and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in fast-paced corporate environments.
- Proficiency in administrative tools such as Concur, Docusign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with executives and team members.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with limited direction.
