Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Transform 4 weeks of instructor-led training into a 90% asynchronous program within 6 months.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and Synthesia.
- Incorporate AI-driven coaching, role-play simulations, and personalized learning paths.
- Apply modern learning design theories such as microlearning and experiential design.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Instructional Design teams to align learning outcomes.
- Ensure integration of AI-enabled content into LMS/LXP platforms.
- Establish metrics to measure learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Maintain high standards for learning experience design and brand consistency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree with 5+ years of content design experience.
- Expertise in AI-driven learning pathways and adaptive learning technologies.
- Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and performance enablement.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, and AI learning tools.
- Experience designing scalable solutions for global and hybrid workforces.
- Exceptional project management and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience in PEO/HR/benefits/tech/SaaS industries.
