Job Description

Overview

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and management.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
