Project Manager

Overview

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing construction projects, including public and institutional sectors.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
